ADMIN & MARKETING ASSISTANT
Administrative Assistant Job Description Duties: Assist in the continued development and implementation of marketing plan. Includes scheduling social media posts, email and text campaigns, and HOA deliveries. Organizing files, placing orders, and monitoring inventory via our POS. Organizing fundraisers and holiday events. Researching suppliers and new product ideas. Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral. Responding to customer inquiries. Other duties as assigned. 10+ hours per week. Flexible schedule. $17 per hour. Reliable transportation, proficient with social media, comfortable with word processing an Excel spreadsheet, excellent written and oral communication in person, by email, and by phone. COMMUNICATIONS ASSOCIATE
The Communication Associate will support SonBridge Communication and Development in various areas of marketing, public relations and fundraising through writing, social media, photography and graphic design. Applicant should be a good writer and have interest in social media, enjoy hearing a story and writing it down, have an eye for graphic design to create flyers and posters, enjoy sharing information through stories, newsletters, magazine articles, brochures, event and calendar postings. Applicant must have experience writing and editing in English and will ensure alignment branding consistency, content flow, readability, and sentence variety. Spanish proficiency is also a plus. Skills should include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CANVA, Adobe Creative Suite as well as multitasking, the ability to work independently, and the ability to work well with other as needed.

COMPANION ANIMAL CARETAKER

TEACHER'S AIDE
Davis School has positions available for Teacher's Aide. Duties include assisting teachers in the classroom, tutoring, correcting papers, making copies, organizing classrooms, and other duties as assigned. Helping with physical education, music activities, and supervising students on the playground are also included. Job offers 4-15 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. BILINGUAL OUTREACH ASSISTANT
The Walla Walla Country Rural Library District is looking for someone to work Under the direction of the Community Outreach and Bookmobile Supervisor. the Bilingual Outreach Assistant is responsible for working as part of the Bookmobile and Outreach team to support outreach programming, circulation, and customer service functions. The Assistant is based at the Administrative Center and performs outreach duties including program prep, bookmobile collection maintenance, Spanish language assistance, tabling at events, acting as a representative of the District at community locations and events, general assistance to the Outreach and Bookmobile Supervisor, and other duties as needed. This position is 15-19 hours per week with the option for occasional added shifts. Candidates must be available at least 5 days per week, one of which must be a Saturday or Sunday. The schedule will be developed in partnership with the supervisor to accommodate various events and work around the student's class schedule. Candidates must be fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English and eligible for WA state work study.
